There is no SD card?

The SD card is not included in the package. You can buy a SD card (up to 128G) to record the video.

Fail to connect?

1. Our cameras support 2.4G and 5G WiFi. Switch WiFi to 5G.

2. Reset the camera and add camera again ( press the reset button for 5s, hear the beep and wait 1-2 minutes to restart).

Note: the WIFI name and password cannot have special symbols

Camera cannot detect motion?

Find the setting--motion detection alert-- detection sensitivity level, adjust it into high level.

Do I need pay monthly fee to use this camera?

No, our camera does not require a monthly fee unless you purchase cloud service for recording. If you do not need recording or use an SD card, you do not need to pay any fees.

Can I receive app alert when I am not pay cloud service?

Yes, you can. App alerts has no connection with Cloud, Motion/Human Detection sensitivity only can be impacted by your settings or the internet, please consider moving the router closer to the camera if you cannot receive app alerts.
